How it works

From your file to the QR on the tag. In four steps.

Nothing to relearn, no forty-field forms. Start from what you already have — a spreadsheet, a supplier PDF, a photo of a label — and Trama does the tedious part. You just confirm.

The starting point

You already have the data. It's just scattered.

The collection in a spreadsheet, spec sheets in PDF, certificates in a drawer. The work isn't gathering the data: it's putting it into a format the law accepts — for every garment, every season. That's what we do.

The four steps
01

Upload what you already have

A collection spreadsheet, supplier spec-sheet PDFs, or even just a photo of a label. The AI reads the documents and pulls out the right fields — composition, origin, care, certificates — with nothing to retype by hand.

02

You check it, before it goes public

Every value the AI proposes shows where it came from (which row, which page, which photo) and how confident it is. You only fix what looks off. Nothing enters the passport without your approval — that's the rule we set ourselves.

03

Every garment gets its passport

For each garment Trama creates a public page with your logo — what it's made of, where it's from, how to wash it, which certificates it carries — and the print-ready QR for the tag. Beautiful, and readable by people and machines alike.

04

The QR lives and measures

When someone scans it, the QR opens the up-to-date page — hosted by us, always online. And from the dashboard you see how many scans, from which countries, what they look at most. The label becomes a channel, not just an obligation.

What you get, for every garment

A branded passport page

with your logo and colors, in the visitor's language

A print-ready QR

high quality, for the tag or the care label

Data in line with EU law

structured in the format the digital passport will require

A trail for every value

where it came from and who confirmed it — no invented numbers
